The quickest things to check first.

Clear footage, precise marking, and a stable connection solve most problems.

01

Using the app

  1. Choose a badminton training video from your device.
  2. Upload the clip for private analysis.
  3. Select the frame where the racket contacts the shuttle.
  4. Mark the shuttle position as accurately as possible.
  5. Review the estimated speed in km/h.
02

If the estimate looks wrong

  • Use a clear video with the shuttle and racket visible near impact.
  • Avoid heavy blur, camera shake, or a hidden shuttle.
  • Reselect the impact frame and mark the shuttle again.
  • Confirm that the app has the required Photos permission.
03

Upload or analysis failure

  • Check your internet connection and try again.
  • Try a shorter training clip if the upload repeatedly fails.
  • Close and reopen the app if the upload appears stuck.
  • Include your device, iOS version, and app version when reporting a persistent issue.
04

Deleting an uploaded video

  1. Open History in Badminton Speed Meter.
  2. Select the video or analysis record you want to remove.
  3. Use the delete option and confirm deletion.
  4. If the item cannot be removed, contact support for help.
